How I Maintain A Minimalist Beauty Regime
During my younger years, I spent too much money and time on purchasing the latest beauty products that are marketed at women through TV advertising and magazines, highlighting how important it is that we use the latest product or to look good and feel great.
Therefore, I spent vast amounts of time and money purchasing face creams, face washes, serums, face scrubs and expensive beauty face masks not to mention fancy shower gels & body lotions believing that these would make my skin glow with radiance.
I then read about how natural beauty can come from eating healthy foods, plus some good old fresh air and consuming lots of water can make your skin look just as amazing.
I also realised that purchasing more non branded products at a fraction of the cost of all the products I was buying can do the job just as well. I was also interested in how you could make your beauty products and natural skincare from using natural ingredients around the home.
I then stopped using the products I used to purchase and quickly got rid of them. I realised they were a waste of time and money, and I understood that real beauty comes from feeding your skin from the inside. Rather than applying external products as well as using just simple basic ingredients or homemade beauty can work just as good.
Here are my top 3 products that use to keep my skin looking good

I use this product each day and night as it moisturises, but it also means that I have no skin irritations as it is perfume free so it keeps my skin clear and reduces dry skin.
When I go outside, I ensure that my skin is not exposed to harmful rays by wearing sunscreen with the minimum of Factor 50 every day, even when it is cloudy.
3) Honey face masks
One tablespoon of honey – Bee pollen is high in antioxidants and vitamins
One tablespoon of brown sugar
Mix all of the ingredients and apply to your face – Gently massage for about 1 minute and then leave for 5 minutes
Rinse off & you will have a glowing face for the rest of the day.
Minimalist beauty regimes are the way forward.
Beauty does not have to be expensive unless you choose for it to be.
Pure beauty can be satisfying if we just give it a try.
You will save time and money – allowing you to do the things you want to do.
