The best advice on life is to choose a direction, not a goal. Start to ask yourself what you really want out of life, and then ask yourself why you want this thing. Write it down. The next step is to ask yourself how you would feel if you did not get these things that you want. Now you have some direction that you can head towards. Rather than wishing you could do this or that if you had more time or money. Stop wishing for stuff and start to make things happen daily. However small start to take action about your life however small. Turn your daily habits into action.
Choose To Be Healthy
Healthy living should not have an end goal like wanting to be a certain weight, or that you only eat healthy for a certain amount of time. You should choose to live healthy every day. What you do in terms of exercise or what you eat or how much stress you have in your life should be a daily choice that you choose to be healthy. Everyday plan exercises even if it is just a walk in the park set yourself up for success, but having healthy snacks and foods around you so that you eat well and not grab at the unhealthy option. Give your mind time to relax every day by switching off your tech for a while, or learn how to meditate or add naps or quiet times in your day. Don’t tell people what you are going to do. Just show then. Choose the healthy option, choose I walk around the block at lunch times, and choose what you do in your spare time to be healthy.
Choose To Be Consistent
If there is something that you want to do like write a book, or learn a language, or spend more time with the people that you love – think about how you can do this every day into your life. Success is not sexy it is about being consist every day – What you want to do? How can you be consistent about this? – Writing, learning a language, spending time with people that you like. Develop a system or allocate certain times in the day that can help you to become more consistent in the things that you do. What are the daily things that you do that you enjoy doing? Find a system approach to doing more of these things.
Choose To Try New Things
It could be going to an event or talk about something you have no knowledge on before. It could be that you going to see a new play a dance a show or something completely different. Find things to do that you have never done before getting out of your comfort zone. Find places that you have never been to before and go explore. At least once a week try something new- I find that scheduling in something new a week it a good way to go. Stop trying to find your passion in life and just be passionate about life in general.
